Fundamental pack

This course brings together the two essential pillars of the understanding and practice of mitochondrial medicine: scientific foundations And the clinical implementation.

The first part is the fundamental base : a journey through the energetic history of living beings, from the physical laws of the universe to the production of cellular energy. In it, the intern explores the biology of mitochondria, their central role in cellular respiration, hormonal regulation, longevity, antioxidant defense, and the close link they maintain with the microbiota and overall health.
This systemic approach makes it possible to understand how mitochondria orchestrate health, but also how their imbalances contribute to the genesis of chronic, metabolic or neurodegenerative diseases.

The second part, Tests and Investigations, opens up to clinical practice. The intern learns to read and interpret biological reports, to relate functional markers to metabolic imbalances, and to develop a personalized support strategy. Exercises and case studies transform theory into practical competence: biology becomes a living tool for listening, analyzing and making therapeutic decisions.

This pack thus forms a real bridge between fundamental science and the integrative clinic : it allows an in-depth understanding of the physiology of living beings, while acquiring concrete tools to assess and restore mitochondrial function.

At the end of this complete course, the intern will be able to:

Explain the scientific foundations of life and cellular energy, from the physical and chemical bases to mitochondrial respiration and ATP production.

Analyze the mechanisms of regulation of mitochondrial function, including biogenesis, mitophagy, oxidative stress, energy substrates and antioxidant pathways.

Identify, perform and interpret key biological and functional tests to assess mitochondrial health, oxidative stress, metabolic imbalances and nutritional deficits.

Implement an integrative clinical approach, based on the analysis of biological assessments, field observation and the construction of personalized support (nutrition, lifestyle, hormonal regulation, stress management).
