Description

This module explores the major stages of female hormonal life through the lens of integrative and mitochondrial biology. From puberty to post-menopause, the aim is to understand how hormonal fluctuations relate to the metabolic, mitochondrial, and emotional functions of the female body.

, the Precocious puberty And the pregnancy. These periods of intense transformation mobilize the endocrine, energetic and immune systems, and reveal the fineness of the regulations that maintain the balance of living beings.
The second part focuses on menopause And the postmenopausal, pivotal moments when physiology is reorganized. The challenge is no longer only hormonal, but also cellular: to understand how the decline in estrogens, the modification of energy metabolism and the alteration of mitochondrial function influence vitality, cognition, mood and longevity.

Over the course of this module, learners will learn to relate hormonal imbalances to underlying causes (oxidative stress, nutrition, environment, microbiota), and to offer personalized support strategies.

This module is an essential foundation for all professionals wishing to deepen their understanding of women's health.

Objectives
pedagogic

At the end of this module, the learner will be able to:

Understanding female hormonal physiology and the main cycles of hormonal life: puberty, pregnancy, menopause and post-menopause.

Identifying hormonal imbalances the most frequent ones (precocious puberty, fertility disorders, symptoms of menopause) and analyze the metabolic, nutritional and environmental causes.

Linking hormonal regulation to mitochondrial function, oxidative stress and the balance of the microbiota, in order to better understand their interrelationships in women's health.

Interpreting key biological and hormonal markers, in connection with the different phases of a woman's life.

Propose global and personalized support strategies, integrating nutrition, micronutrition, lifestyle and mitochondrial support.
